Welcome to kadenbuch.com. By visiting this website, browsing projects, or placing an order in the shop, you agree to these terms.

1. What this site is

kadenbuch.com is my personal engineering portfolio and independent maker store, based in Corvallis, Oregon. Everything here—from project documentation to bench-made goods—is developed and maintained by me as an individual student maker.

2. Products and orders

  • Handmade and small-batch: The items in the shop are designed, 3D printed, assembled, and packed by hand in small batches. Minor variations in surface texture, layer lines, or hardware finish are a normal and authentic part of small-batch 3D-printed goods.
  • Pricing: Listed prices are in U.S. dollars. Listed prices do not include shipping, which is calculated and displayed during checkout based on your delivery destination.
  • Order confirmation: When you place an order, payment is processed through Stripe. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully verified.
  • Availability: Because goods are made in small batches, availability may change. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, I will contact you to provide an update or refund.

3. Custom options and extra requests

  • Custom sizing: Where an option group allows custom dimensions or sizing notes, the value you provide will be used to guide production. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before submitting.
  • Extra requests: The checkout form includes an optional extra requests field. I will do my best to accommodate reasonable special requests (such as sizing notes or packaging considerations), but submitting a request does not create an obligation or contract amendment until reviewed and confirmed. Custom requests do not alter the catalog price.

4. Intellectual property

All project writeups, photography, CAD models, 3D designs, code, and documentation published on this site belong to Kaden Buch unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to read, learn from, and reference my work for personal and educational purposes, but please do not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit site content or designs without permission.

5. Acceptable use

Please treat this site with respect. Do not attempt to bypass security measures, probe private paths, submit automated form spam, or disrupt site availability.

6. Updates to these terms

I may update these terms occasionally as the site and shop evolve. Any updates will be posted directly to this page with an updated effective date.
