Returns and exchanges
Standard inner diameters are Women’s Small 57 mm, Medium 60 mm (the default), and Large 63 mm. Custom inner diameter is a whole number from 50 mm through 80 millimeters.
Bracelets are made in 2-4 business days before dispatch. Carrier transit time is separate and is not part of that production promise.
Standard-size bracelets that are unworn can be exchanged within 14 days after delivery.
The customer pays return postage. The shop pays shipping on the replacement.
Custom sizes are excluded from fit exchanges and change-of-mind exchanges.
Defects, transit damage, and incorrect items are replaced at shop expense.
I want you to be genuinely happy with the things I make. Because I make and package these items myself in small batches, here is how returns, exchanges, and order issues are handled.
1. If there is a problem with your order
“If something is wrong with your order, contact me and I’ll work with you on it.”
Please reach out through /inquire or reply via your private order access link if:
- An item arrives damaged or broken in transit
- You received the wrong item, size, or style
- There is a noticeable defect in the print or assembly
When you get in touch, please include your order number and a brief description (and photo if an item arrived damaged) so I can understand what happened. I will work with you to make it right whether that means sending a replacement part, exchanging the item, or issuing a refund.
2. How to start an inquiry
There is no confusing automated returns portal. You communicate directly with me. Simply visit /inquire with your order details and I will reply as soon as I am back at the bench.
