FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers about bracelet sizing, custom orders, small-batch making, and shipping.
What sizes do the bracelets come in, and how do I measure?
Bracelets are currently made in three standard inside diameters: 60 mm, 65 mm, and 70 mm.
To find your size, take a round bangle or bracelet that already fits you well and measure across its widest inside point with a ruler or caliper. Because these bracelets are semi-rigid, choosing the right inside diameter ensures a comfortable fit over your hand and on your wrist.
Can I request a custom bracelet size?
Yes. Some products include a Custom option right on the product page where you can specify your required inside diameter in millimeters. For custom sizes beyond standard options or specific wrist considerations, feel free to send a message through Contact.
Can I leave a special note or extra request when ordering?
Yes. During checkout, there is an optional Extra requests box. You can use it to note sizing preferences or special instructions. I’ll do my best to accommodate it, but some requests may not be possible. Custom requests do not change the product price.
How are the products designed and made?
Every item is designed in CAD and 3D printed directly on my workbench in small batches. The jelly bracelets feature solid metal studs in gold- or silver-tone finishes that are set and secured by hand. You get a carefully made physical piece rather than mass-manufactured molded plastic.
Where do orders ship from, and what does shipping cost?
All orders ship from Corvallis, Oregon to U.S. destinations. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package size and destination region—generally $5, $10, or $15 for physical goods. Checkout will display your exact shipping contribution before payment.
Do you take on custom 3D printing, CAD design, or prototype work?
Yes! Alongside the shop, I take on select engineering, CAD design, 3D printing, and electronics prototyping projects. If you have an idea, a broken part you need remodeled, or a prototype concept, send me a description through Contact and we can discuss what’s practical.
Where can I see how these products were developed?
Check out the Projects and Build Notes sections on this site. I write up design iterations, print experiments, assembly techniques, and the background behind the gear I make.
What should I do if something is wrong with my order?
If an item arrives damaged, doesn’t fit, or there’s any issue with what you received, contact me directly through Contact or via your private order link. I want you to be happy with what you get, and I’ll work with you to make it right.
